My stay at the suite was simply exceptional! I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Alexandra and Lovett for their outstanding assistance throughout my visit. Their invaluable help in planning our itinerary, arranging airport transfers, and facilitating car rental made our trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Alexandra's kindness and professionalism were particularly noteworthy, adding an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Additionally, she provided excellent recommendations for the best Greek food to try, enhancing our culinary journey. Moreover, the view from the suite was nothing short of breathtaking! It provided the perfect start to each day, offering a serene backdrop to savor delicious breakfast and plan our adventures.

The breakfasts were AMAZING! we had to cut back on the ordering as there were such generous portions. It was fesh and warm and amazing! The people wjomworked at rhe hotel from the reception to the seivers to those that served the food went beyond expectation. They were informative, helpful kind and patient. It was the beat service we have ever experienced! All had an ingredible generosity of spirit, whether it was at our 1:00 AM arrival or 11:00 pm checkout! It was the real thing. We both feel we got to experience an authentic Santorini. It was a ten out of ten!!!!! We cant wait to come back😀

Exceptional and kind service, beautiful rooms, and lovely views. The staff was extremely generous. My mother who is of elderly age had trouble climbing up and down the stairs. The room we rented was the most cost efficient one which had the pool and restrooms downstairs. The wonderful Women taking us to the room upgraded their room to the large suite at no additional costs. When I asked about the price difference, (it was obvious the room was more expensive) she kindly informed us that she just wanted her guests to be comfortable and she expressed she wanted my mom to wnjoy her time In Santorini. I was taken back at the entire staff generosity and appreciative. Any other hotel would immediately attempt to profit of the situation. It reinforced my view of how hospitable Greeks are in general. I recommend Sophia’s Luxury Suites to everyone!

Hot tub was working great. The Helidonia suite is very well placed for Caldera and sunset views. The room was gorgeous. The hotel staff were very friendly as well. The room had Netflix too which was great.

The breakfast is a MUST! You get to choose every day the breakfast you’d like to have delivered to your door every morning. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

The location, view is amazing, most beautiful sunset view I’m from all of Santorini, the staff was super friendly and the property is well maintained and clean.

Views were Incredible. The room was rather small but very pretty and comfortable. Great bed! The hot tub never got hot even though I asked for it to be turned up, but it was pretty to look at. This seems to be a problem everywhere on Santorini this time of year. The weather turned very windy and cold and there was a problem with my heater but staff came to my room middle of the night to fix it. I think the place I stayed at before spoiled me because I liked that better, but these views could not be better. I liked that the staff was so available via What’s App. They were incredibly responsive all the time. (At the same time, I would have liked a little more face to face contact.) Excellent breakfast!!!

The staff at Sophie Luxury Suites was very attentive, professional, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were met with a friendly staff member who assisted us with carrying our very heavy luggage down and up steps to get to our room. The reception staff met us at the room and explained all their services and places of interests nearby to visit. Breakfast with many delicious choices was served each morning in our room's terrace by always cheerful and friendly servers. The view of the Aegean Sea, Therasia, the volcanic island Nea Kameni, and Skaros rock from our room was amazing!! I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends if they ever decide to visit Santorini.

The first room had a fantastic view. The second one I loved was the jacuzzi and its location.

we had an amazing experience at Sophia luxury suites. The staff including Hotel Manager is Stavros Dekoulakos, Front Office Agent Renata and Office Manager Anna Maria came through on every single request that we had. Due to unexpected booking glitch that I made they were still able to accommodate us in the most beautiful sweet and did not charge us extra for the much more upgraded suite. The were constantly communicating with us and checking in and making sure we had transportation, plans, activities, amazing food, and stop by just to say hello and greet us. Many of the other staff who brought our morning, breakfast and meals, as well as those that would help us with bags up and down the stairs were always extremely polite and kind. My wife and I agreed that this was the most amazing experience we have had in all of our travels throughout the world. We stayed in Room 804 and I would highly recommend this if your budget allows as it had the most impressive views and the most impressive layout. We spent two weeks in Greece visiting different islands, including Athens, Mykonos, Naxos And this was by far the best experience that we had throughout our entire stay in Several luxury resorts as I was celebrating my 50th birthday with my wife in Greece. My wife and I both agreed that we will definitely come back and we will visit Santorini and stay in that same room 804 as it was beyond words.
